Hello, friends today I am going to tell you about how to leave bad habits and how to improve bad habits and convert bad habits into good habits in our community lots of people have a various amount of good habits and bad habits but sometimes we are addicted to some habits followings habits are given like.


1. Angry
2. Talking about random things
3. Alcoholic
4. Drug addicted
5. Smoking
6. Wasting lots of time on the phone
7. Gambling
8. Watching too much TV
9. Cracking knuckle
10. Being a slacker

1.Angry

- Lots of time the peoples and the person angry small little bit things those who pretend it is too little things that do not purpose to To angry e and fight anyone this is not way too angry anyone. But some people have mentally criticized and you can say that disorder they have a personality to anger.


2. Talking about random things

- now in a current situation most of the people I have a problem and have a personality to talk ok about something like ok and dislike something goods person and things but the situation it is not good to talking random things we have right to work hard and achieve something not wasting so much time to talking gloomy words.


3. Alcoholic

-the alcoholic is the word which is related to you would drink alcohol is a very bad thanks but lots of people I have drink ok and doing random things like fighting each other abusing someone alcohol is the way where the mind is absent and is not working but the person doing lots of wrong activities they don't know what they do it the losing our self-respect and lots of things.


4.drug addicted

-in our youth facing the problem like drug addiction, lots of people are addicted to drug-like Charas ganja after the heroine and lots of drugs who consume and wasting of life purpose they are destroying our life and doing lots of wrong activities like thefts robbing. Addiction to drugs is a very bad way of destroying our life slowly.


5. Smoking

-it's my favorite topics in my whole life I don't know why people are is smoking they are wasting of time-wasting of money e and wasting of health I don't know why the people smoking but sometimes people see smoking is the way to relaxing our body and relaxing our depression but I think that the no good reason. Because relaxing our body and and and throwing our depression they talk about peoples like mother father sister and friends and relatives and get good ideas also so they read some funny jokes and see some video to removing our intention of depression.


6. Watching lots of time on the phone

-in our society e, 90% peoples are the same problem wasting our time and watching lots of time on the phone in the present situation most of the people are facing that's a type of activities watching of phones is not a good thing they are creating lots of problems like ok I need to phone creating boundaries in a home.


7. Gambling

-gambling is a bad habit who creating lots of bad habits Gambler doesn't know no what is the next stage of life they are rich and they are poor.


8. Cracking knuckles

-it means pushing the peoples to do a wrong activity like telling to do something wrong they have don't know what the next stage of this criteria.


9. watching too much TV

In our students it and children facing like that problem they are watching too much TV and wasting our time on TV that the wrong activities they don't know our goal and our family circumstances how to achieve success.


10. being a slacker

Slacker rather those people who pushing our work to another person they don't do our own work.


The following are the habits which are creating use amounts of problems and the most one solution on how to leave bad habits.
1. Busy on our work
2. Studying
3. Reading lots of books
4. Creating good ideas
5. The thing to achieve or on goal.

What is bad habits we are doing wrong activities lots of time our minds repeat too much time and your mind is given a pattern to do these things and those things are called addicted?
